Cohrum, over the last twelve years, has been developing a successful people and organisation development programme. Working closely with the client, we identify issues that prevent the organisation from achieving its full capabilities. We speak to managers and many others. Once this has been completed we then structure the programme to mirror these 'realities'. The result is that managers and teams are able to analyse their commercial environment, their internal structure and identify any development issues involved.

We then take this further by agreeing how such change will be put in place. The result is a programme that helps identify, understand and then implement what is required - within defined financial boundaries and timescales.

This innovative programme has been used successfully in a variety of companies. These have ranged from a medium sized IT organisation; a large oil service company; and a large public sector organisation. As you'll see from the Acrobat file, it's a complete programme customised to the needs of the organisation. We have yet to work with a client that did not feel it provided value.
